The Metropole Thu Thiem, a residential and commercial mixed-use development in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area has the Land Use Right Certificate (LURC - Red Book) for all of its residential plots and the first phase is now eligible for Sales & Purchase contracts. The Galleria Residence (Plot 1-16) has been constructed to the third floor and is now eligible for Sales & Purchase contracts by HCMC Construction Department (Decision No 2039/SXD-PTN&TTBDS, issued on 28 February 2020).
