SonKim Land got the BCI Asia Top 10 Developers Awards 2024 Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City, May 31, 2024 – SonKim Land has been honored as one of the Top 10 Developers awards 2024 at BCI Asia Awards, one of the most prestigious events in the regional building industry, marking yet another year of unparalleled innovation and excellence. This award from BCI Asia, the leading information provider on architecture and construction in the Asia-Pacific region affirms the international quality of the groundbreaking projects that SonKim Land developed last year along with its contributions on "green & sustainable" impacts on the real estate environment in Southeast Asia.

SonKim Land have passed the strict criteria of BCI Asia Awards in terms of total construction value of all projects under construction. It also considers a multiplier factor for projects registered with Green certificates of Leed, Lotus, Green Mark, Green Star, EDGE. Despite the less positive circumstances of the real estate market in 2023, SonKim Land still strives to maintain the pace of project development. Last year, SonKim Land officially completed construction work to hand over The Crest apartment building, The METT office building belonging to The Metropole Thu Thiem complex.

In particular, The METT developed by SonKim Land is one of the first and special Grade A office buildings to achieve the prestigious Green Mark Gold certificate issued by the Green Environment Agency of Singapore. Developing the first office building to achieve Green Mark certification demonstrates outstanding vision for a green and productive working space as well as affirming SonKim Land's commitment to sustainable development.
