SonKim Land to launch the new brand identity, affirming its commitment to customers
Ho Chi Minh City, 21 September 2020, SonKim Land officially announced its new brand identity, readying its transformation with many larger scale projects in diverse segments, continuing to apply the ‘SonKim Land Signature' in every project and business line in which we operate.
In 1993, Son Kim Investment and Development Company Limited was established, operating in the fields of manufacturing, retail and real estate. SonKim Land always aimed to become a professional developer within the segments of apartment, office, hospitality and property management.
With the objective to create sophisticated, distinctive and different living values, SonKim Land chose a unique path with the segment named Luxury Boutique. Projects developed by SonKim Land always highlight unique design, prime location and exclusive, limited scale. Through many years of development in the market and cooperation with leading global partners, SonKim Land has experienced tremendous growth, marked many imprints through high-end and luxury projects built to international standards, and affirmed our position as a professional real estate developer in Vietnam.
Planning to develop and expand with many projects of considerable scale within diverse segments, but still sticking to the fundamental pillars of our brand, SonKim Land is transforming from the 'Luxury Boutique’ strategy to 'SonKim Land Signature'. At the same time, we announce the new brand identity, thereby re-committing the company's mission to adhere to its fundamental elements: heritage, art and lifestyle to sustainably create original and exclusive projects within Vietnam's marketplace.
