JOB DESCRIPTION

To lead Branding Department to develop Corporate Branding strategy and Communication plan to enhance the brand awareness and create the brand love;
Liaise with agency and/or coordinate with creative and Project Marketing Department to:

  • Prepare branding collateral for the corporate including photography & images, company profile and presentation, brochure, leaflet, newsletter, branding video and branding events;
  • Execute Branding communication campaigns on all channels including Advertisement (indoor & outdoor), PR, Digital and Social; 
    Directly work on or manage copywriters to prepare content planning and copywriting for project marketing collateral & communication campaigns to ensure all the messages from projects well consistent with Corporate branding direction;

Other duties which might be assigned from time to time by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR or related field.
  • Certificate in Branding Development and Management is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years experienced in Branding Development/ Marketing/ Communication or Content Creation.
  • Experience in real estate, working for branding agency or luxury brand is preferable.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Legal advice:

  • Providing legal advice on a wide range of matters/areas such as deal structure, M&A, real estate, corporate and investment laws
  • Conducting legal due diligence for various M&A cases
  • Drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents such as term sheet, share purchase agreement, shareholder/joint venture agreement, legal memorandum, legal advice, etc

2. Support in buying and selling apartment activities:

  • Analyzing, consulting for company’s orientation, policies of the Government to ensure for both Investor’s benefits and compliance with law
  • Composing buying and selling apartment contract sample, apartment regulations to register with Vietnam Competition Authority, documents related to buying and selling apartment
  • Training, guiding sales executive to give the suitable explanation to documents sample, contract related to buying and selling apartment
  • Building transferable procedures, Q&A system, updating the adjusted law regulations to ensure sales executive have enough ability to give the explanation and orient to clients

3. Implement procedures for business registration, investment application:

  • Performing the procedures related to the establishment, changes, splits, mergers, etc. of company and subsidiaries that was assigned
  • Preparing application for investment license of the project

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor degree/ Master's degree;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in contract, property, employment, commercial and administrative law;
  • Excellent in legal advice skill;

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyze, evaluate and propose the development plan, porfolio analysis of the pontential projects to the General Directors;
  • Manage, supervise Property Manager of the assigned projects to ensure the day-to-day operations and the services quality;
  • Perform tasks as Property Manager for the on-setting up project at the beginning as assigned by General Director;
  • Be in charge of staff training and development regarding the project information as well as the services and related skills to improve to project services;
  • Report in a regular basic to General Manager regarding the property development update, project updates, etc
  • Carry out weekly, monthly meeting with the Property Manager to timely give instruction for advices to solve the related problems, issues, etc
  • Perform others tasks as assigned by General Director;

  • Managing goods basket (sold, inventory), updating constantly new transaction and informing Sales department when having any successful transaction ( including sales in house or agencies);
  • Storing customer database;
  • Calculating commission for sales team;
  • Planning to follow up debt, issuing payment request letter;
  • Receiving Refund Request Letter from customers and informing FA department;
  • Comparing debt daily with FA department
  • Making daily report, weekly report about departments were sold and revenue statistics, informing customers overdue payment
  • Cooperating with Sales & Marketing dept to participate open sales and events;

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economic, Agriculture or equivalent
  • At least 1 years’ experience in Sales, (Candidates are from Real Estate profession is preferred)
  • Good & smart -looking, fluent in communication and catchy voice
