1. Legal advice:

  • Providing legal advice on a wide range of matters/areas such as deal structure, M&A, real estate, corporate and investment laws
  • Conducting legal due diligence for various M&A cases
  • Drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents such as term sheet, share purchase agreement, shareholder/joint venture agreement, legal memorandum, legal advice, etc

2. Support in buying and selling apartment activities:

  • Analyzing, consulting for company’s orientation, policies of the Government to ensure for both Investor’s benefits and compliance with law
  • Composing buying and selling apartment contract sample, apartment regulations to register with Vietnam Competition Authority, documents related to buying and selling apartment
  • Training, guiding sales executive to give the suitable explanation to documents sample, contract related to buying and selling apartment
  • Building transferable procedures, Q&A system, updating the adjusted law regulations to ensure sales executive have enough ability to give the explanation and orient to clients

3. Implement procedures for business registration, investment application:

  • Performing the procedures related to the establishment, changes, splits, mergers, etc. of company and subsidiaries that was assigned
  • Preparing application for investment license of the project


  • Bachelor degree/ Master's degree;

  • Experience in contract, property, employment, commercial and administrative law;
  • Excellent in legal advice skill;


  • Coordinate and instruct all departments Head to complete the annual operating budget for the Company as well as plan for funding by quarter by year or as requested by CFO;
  • Set up Accounting procedures, bookkeeping, collect accounting information, set up forms, reports and documents storage process. Checking, analyzing, evaluating of the works done, financial standard and compliance with financial regulations;
  • Provide analytical support during budget reviews;
  • Establish, maintain and develop the Company accounting procedures & policy;
  • Supervise the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and all schedules as required by Management and by Vietnamese government and offices;
  • Resposible for all taxiation matters ad all statutory fillings;
  • Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations;
  • Responsible for cash flow management & bank transfers, ensure all payments are well supported with source documents;
  • Provide guidance, assitance and directions to Accounting staff;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the CFO/CEO.


  • Bachelor Degree or Master in Accounting/Finance
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good command in office sofware and accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam's taxation laws

  • Check the payment records, business transactions of the General accountant and Payable Accountant before submitting for approval;
  • Check all the accounting entries before updating into accounting software of PDL, VBL, SKO and other projects (if available);
  • Check and compare the end month balance of all bank accounts; timely adjustment if any problems are detected;
  • Check internal report to support the administration duties; compare the income statement and cash flow report with budget;
  • Check and writing financial report, other tax statements as prescribed;
  • Summarize all the financial reports of Asset Management Division;
  • Support to implement annual budget;
  • Coordinate with Auditor to check in audit reports;
  • Perform other tasks and accounting report as assigned by Chief of accountant/General Manager;
  • Make a customer liabilities identification as assigned by Auditor;
  • Send statistics report to Chief Accountant before the 8th of each month;
  • Store the documents as assigned by the head of department. All data must be stored on shared drive. All the voucher  must be printed, approved and saved before the 10th day of the following month.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Chief/ Deputy of accountant/General Manager;

  • Work with Team leader, Manager to setup marketing plan and implement marketing plan as proposed by the manager;
  • Organize events, advertising plans in media;
  • Prepare marketing documents for each project such as : brochure, leaflets, website ect;
  • Monitor of the markets, alert senior management of upcoming changes, trends and make recommendations on how marketing activity can be adapted to maximise new opportunities;
  • Find and list suppliers/agencies that may provide services for Company;
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, partners and suppliers;

  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing in real estate, cosmetics;


  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaire
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Support Marketing Executive , Marketing Team leader in daily activities
  • Other tasks assigned by the directly manager;


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields;

Visual production which conveys the key message of brand mood and tones effecting branding angles and strategy such as
  • Digital Marketing materials ( Facebook posts, website layout, GDN banner)

  • Develop & make video ( Motion Infographics, Banner/Social Posts Animation, Event highlights, Video Recap )

  • Take part in brainstorming with Creative team to Produce ideas/concept based on the creative brief. Visualize ideas into an appealing presentation deck.

  • Other related task may cause upon request.


  • 2 years of experience in designing
  • Major in multimedia design

  • Proficiency in using design tool: PTS, AI, After Effect, Premier

  • Good at photography

  • Creative thinking & conceptual ability
