  • Find customers and develop market by new quotations, expanding the relationship with potential customers and maintain the relationship with existing customers

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Head of Project Legal Dept. manage for all legal activities in real estate products and perform legal tasks that related to project development;
  • Ensure that all activities of the company are carried out exactly to relevant laws, policies, procedures and company’s regulation, as well as the resolution of BOD;
  • Give legal advices related to project development process, construction investment, real estate, ...which is appropriate legislation;
  • Manage the issues such as land property or new rules of real estate;
  • Analyze the legal risks, prevent and minimize all the risks that may occur for the projects;
  • Consult legal activities of the company;

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate and instruct all departments Head to complete the annual operating budget for the projects of Company as well as plan for funding by quarter by year or as requested by Finance Director;
  • Provide analytical support during budget reviews; procedures, bookkeeping, collect accounting information, set up forms, reports and documents storage process. Checking, analyzing, evaluating of the works done, financial standard and compliance with financial regulations;

JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform all the management activities to ensure the day-to-day operations of the assigned projects under the supervison of the Property Development Manager and the instruction from General Director:

  • Ensure that the building is managed, marketed and conducted in a proper and businesslike manner.
  • Implement and maintain an employment structure and a training program for the personnel employed in connection with the operation and management of the building
  • Supervise the work of all building staffs including security guards, receptionists, housekeepers, technicians, cleaners, health club attendant, bartenders …
  • Carry out all the jobs related to new and existing tenants for the building
  • Inspect the general condition, cleanliness, security of the building, review fire prevention and other building safety policies in accordance with the laws of Vietnam
  • Identify and recommend for the resigning or placement of contracts for security, cleaning, landscaping, maintenance of the M&E system and others. Compare, negotiate, coordinate and monitor the performance of service contractors

  • To be responsible for coordinating the planning design, architecture, interior and landscape project;
  • provide expertise in the design and propose appropriate solutions. To decide on the design plan of the project on the basis of consultation with the direction of the line manager and above;

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitors construction schedule, and keeps track of progress and alerts the Main Contractor & Project Team to conditions that may lead to delays in the completion of work or when the construction schedule falls behind
  • Lead the Project Team to make sure construction activities are complied with specs, approved drawings, approved works method statement, approved materials, and authority requirements.
  • Review construction documents, materials submission and report to PM for approval.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building & safety regulations.
    Communicates/Coordinate with Consultants regarding the daily progress and problems associated with construction.
  • Predict and monitor Construction Risks (manpower, cost trend, market trend, etc) and report to PM.

  • Receives and responds to the Contractor for information and coordinates those MC's requests with Consultants.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review and evaluate the develop and observe the MEP systems for the projects
  • Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works;
  • Ensuring awareness of all aspects of construction activity in order to provide quality assurance and safety standards in line with contractual requirements;
  • Responsible for designing and or reviewing the MEP consultants design as well as review specifications and technical drawings, undertaking the management of allocated resources;
  • Reviewing and approving of shop drawings submitted by the Contractor;
  • Inspecting temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contracts Documents and approved shop drawings and submissions;
  • Assisting with the inspection of completed work;
