The International Property Awards are a collection of notable world-class residential project awards, with entries open to all companies operating in the real estate sector around the globe.
Award ceremonies and events have been held in different continents and regions over the years: Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Caribbean, Central and South America, North America, and Europe. Categories are in different aspects of real estate projects, including architecture, uniqueness of the internal and external design, and construction initiatives. The judges are independent, internationally-acclaimed, and renowned in every aspect of the real estate industry.
The Serenity Sky Villas project won this award after picking up other multiple prestigious international awards, such as the BCI Interior Design Awards 2018 and the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018 in the three key categories of “Apartment”, “Residential High-Rise Development”, and “Architecture Multiple Residence” in Vietnam. At the International Property Awards, it was judged on global real estate industry standards applicable to service quality, sustainable development, high standard of living, uniqueness, and creativity.
