Natural disasters and epidemics have made poor people in the West of Vietnam hit the bottom in difficulty. Although they have received many relief packages, it is only a temporary solution. In order to help people in the Mekong Delta 'escape poverty', it is necessary to have a 'sustainable' long-term solution.
