Assistant Project Manager
Job description
- Instructing and supervising workers execute the work in accordance with finishing design drawings of plastering, painting and waterproofing;
- Handling and Troubleshooting the finishing section during construction time;
- Responsible for deploying the work from shop drawings, urging workers to meet the progress of construction;
- Monitoring and managing the workers to work at the most logical way;
- Making working diary;
- Making detail construction progress of finishing part of plastering and tiling;
- Supervising the technical progress of finishing part;
- Internal acceptance of material and internal acceptance of quantity of work;
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred
- Construction drawings skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in commercial construction site management role
- Knowledge of project management and scheduling software
- Knowledge of materials and resource allocation, construction tools
