1. Establish and develop marketing strategies, budget and plan for each project

• Establish, develop marketing plan and make marketing budget for each projects
• Deploy and supervise marketing activities, budget of each project according to properly the approved plan, budget and progress
• Prepare and supervise marketing documents for each project such as : images, clips, brochure, leaflets, website, ..
• Evaluate effective of plans; and report, analyze and give solutions

2. Coordinate and manage suppliers/agencies

• Find and list suppliers/agencies that may provide services for Company
• Orientate, develop and produce marketing materials, event items, advertising and promotions in accordance with the approved plan
• Monitor suppliers/agency and internal team to implement plans and revisions( if any)
• Have ability to evaluate vendor as well as their quality
• Negotiate to choose suppliers with reasonable price and quality adapt with Company's demand

3. Recruit, train and manage personnel

• Combinate HR & Admin department to recruite personnel according to functions of Marketing department such as : organizating events, producing marketing marterials, PR, communication.
• Make annual training plan as well as personnel plan for department and preparing materials for recuitments
• Supervise operation of department for following the right orientation of the Company
• Guide, internal train, orientate work for staffs

4. Set up internal process for Marketing department and ensure the process were applied

• Set up process for approval, choosing suppliers
• Set up process for approval of providing information with other departments, outside company

5. Other tasks assigned by the directly manager

At least 5 years’ experience in marketing in real estate, luxury brands,...

Good command in English
