Brand Manager

Job description

 
  • To plan, develop, and execute the overall plans, programs for company assigned within the overall company’s strategy

  • Responsible for the flawless execution of the branding development activities to align with vision, positioning, segmentation and marketing strategy in company

  • Analyzing current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages

  • To build and maintain brand awareness

  • Execute and supervise brand content, monitor brand performance & the effectiveness of communication and other communication activities

  • Track, manage brand value and communication budgets

  • Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders if any

  • Report, execute assigned tasked by Marketing Director.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies in real estate industry
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in managing and leading teams
  • Highly organized and perform well under pressure
  • Budget management skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
